SPECIAL NOTES REGARDING OUR DANCE FLOORS:
This dance floor can only be set up on a smooth, debris-free, flat surface such as concrete (with no major cracks or changes in elevation), asphalt, carpet, tile, or other smooth, solid surface. We WILL NOT set this dance floor up on rocks, dirt, mud, or grass (solid and flat turf may be ok). If you want to rent this dance floor in an outdoor setting, you must supply a subfloor over dirt, grass, or rock. The dance floor will not function properly on uneven surfaces.
We are only able to set-up our dance floor at venues where there is easy access for us roll our heavy equipment boxes right into the room or space directly from the street (i.e. no stairs, multiple levels, long distances, etc.). Elevators may be an option on a case-by-case basis and may incur and addtional fee.
Set-up normally occurs one day prior to the event, with pick-up one day after the event, however same day set-up and/or pick-up may be arranged for an additional fee.
